Developing as a spiritual being through the art of movement
I was a professional
dancer with the Israel Ballet and Bat Dor dance company in my earlier
years. Actually, my heart was in teaching ballet which I loved for 20
years
When it was time to
move on Yoga and Pilates become my next vehicles; learning and teaching how and
why the body energy manifests into tight knots or injuries. What
“balance” looks and feels like and how the energy (including breath) can be
extended infinitely outward creating more and more lightness and well-being.
In 1971 I learned Transcendental
Meditation which I continue to practice twice per day. The simplicity of
Maharishi’s teaching is
“stress
and fatigue are the enemies of mankind.”

have it, part 3 brought Connie Dohan into my life. It’s all about the
